Most guests use the dining room as the main living area - it is heated by a slow combustion heater in winter and in summer the limestone walls keep the temperature cool indoors.

The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, a deep freezer, a gas and wood stove and is fully equipped to cater for family dining. The BBQ out on the front verandah gets plenty of use too. There are four separate bedrooms, a large lounge room and two bathrooms.

Flooded Lagoon

The outlook from the homestead has a lush grove of trees and the river is only metres away.
